I'm in the process of creating my website. Its a work in progress and will use it to showcase new work and give a commentary of sorts as to where the work comes from and how I produce it.

It's probably a good idea to introduce myself

My name is Simon Peter O'Connell and I'm an artist working in England.

I have been creating art for many years but now have way more time on my hands as I have escaped my work persona (Teacher of Art and then Head of Art at a big old state school school in Somerset.

The site will promote my paintings , drawings, photograpy and should be fun.

All artwork is available for purchase - either the original paintings or high quality, numbered prints, just message me on the 'About Me' section of the site.
